City Councillor for Harewood
Councillor Sam Firth was first elected to Leeds City Council in May 2018. Working closely with his two colleagues, Sam deals with the day-to day enquiries relating to environmental housing and social care cases across the Harewood ward. A former family carer, Sam works closely with community groups and partner organisations supporting local vulnerable residents.
On Leeds City Council, Sam sits on various committees including the councils local Housing Advisory Panel. He is director of Aspire Community Benefit Society, a not-for-profit social enterprise providing care and support for adults with a learning disability in Leeds.
